Commissioned by The Camberwell Group to refurbish a Grade 2 listed school in the Harehills area of Leeds. The building is being converted into small business incubator units, the intention being to bring regeneration and growth to the area. The project is mostly being funded from the Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) and ERDF.

 

The building was completed in 2008 and is now a thriving business incubator hub www.shinebusinesscentre.co.uk
