Architecture 2B were commissioned by Prestige Salvage Ltd to create a landmark mixed use building on this prominent site in Holbeck. Their site is on the western edge of the Holbeck Urban Village and as such occupies a key site for the city of Leeds as a whole. The building will therefore be a strong visual marker for the city centre. Prestige Salvage are breakers of Porsches and Ferraris, and their site has the air of a graveyard for these wonderful cars. The design concept for the building was to develop a building form that draws on their dynamic qualities and spirit.
