A mixed use development for Bracken Developments. The challenge for this site was to create the primary riverside destination space for Leeds. Dramatic building forms, high quality materials, contemporary detailing, are all central to the design, but above all it is the quality of the public realm that will determine its success as a destination. As a result, the proposed design focuses on the spaces, their connectivity, their quality of light, their activities, and their detailing. Bars and restaurants surround the public space and terrace levels with the commercial offices located above. Calls Wharf will be a great place to relax, to enjoy yourself and a rewarding place to work.
